  • Order Processing: All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday) after they are placed.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via your registered email once your order is shipped.
  • Delivery Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and pincode.

Cancellation Policy

At Glolabs, we begin processing your order immediately to ensure prompt delivery. As such, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

🛑 Cancellation Policy – Shopverse

At aadicart, we value your satisfaction and aim to offer a smooth shopping experience. Below is our cancellation policy to help you understand when and how you can cancel your order.


Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Return Policy.

To cancel an order:

  • Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"

  • Select the order you wish to cancel

  • Click on "Cancel Order" before dispatch

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered.


Cancellation by Shopverse

Shopverse reserves the right to cancel your order under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued

  • Payment not received or transaction issues

  • Incorrect product or pricing listed

In such cases, we will inform you via email or phone and issue a full refund (if already paid).


💳 Refund on Cancellation

  • If you cancel before shipping, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is needed.
